These terms govern all purchases made on forgedgains.com.

Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings.

Prices
All prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes. ForgedGains reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. ForgedGains reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are secured.

Right of Withdrawal

Returns
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Liability
ForgedGains cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
