Very tight elastic band (I got the black one). The quality is excellent, better than other sellers. I will order again.
Arrived ahead of schedule in a combined order. The bands are quite elastic, I'm not sure if they will be able to achieve the effect I want, but it's true that you have to use some force with the last one. I hope they last a long time.

Very good set of bands, very helpful for my rehab work, and also general fitness exercises. I love how they come with writing on them to suggest what strength the band is - i used to have bands that were plain, and it was hard to remember which one is stronger.
